Dr. Barbara Neuby – “Global Financial Update”

The Madison Forum is very pleased that Barbara Neuby, Ph.D., Professor of Political Science & Public Administration, School of Government & International Affairs, Kennesaw State University was the Guest Speaker Monday, March 31, 2025 at our Madison Forum Dinner Meeting at the Marietta Fish Market.

Dr. Neuby provided critical insight with a talk on: “Global Financial Update and Financial System Change & What You Can Do to Protect Yourself.”

Dr. Neuby teaches Public Budgeting, Finance, and Homeland Security. With 32 years’ experience researching and publishing on various aspects of the financial system including the central bank digital currency, a single currency, bankruptcy, and related financial changes, her goal is to empower others to take protective actions to promote their security.”

Following a 20-year career in engineering, Dr. Barbara L. Neuby earned her PhD in Political Science in 1993 from Southern Illinois University in Carbondale, Illinois. Currently Dr. Neuby is beginning her 15th year at KSU and teaches primarily in the Master of Pubic Administration program; Public Budgeting, Organization Theory, and Health Policy. Dr. Neuby publishes in the budgeting and finance areas and co-authors published research with MPA students.
