The Green Dragon Tavern Still Lives
by Paul Nally
G’day, Lads and Lassies,
Ye Sons and Daughters of Liberty, take heart! The Green Dragon Tavern still lives!
Patience and planning are the watch–words. As Congressman Davey Crockett once said, “Be sure you’re right … then go ahead!”
This long train of abuses by these three branches of this government have now countenanced intolerable acts of Despotism, fostered primarily by the judiciary of this State and Nation, aided and abetted by the Executive Branch and its Department of Injustice. The Legislative Branch is no less liable as those seated there are well aware of the treason not so long ago visited upon this people yearning for justice to be done, so that there might be a restoration of peace among all. Yet they sit in their high office and do nothing of substance to provide this people a remedy … which is in their power to perform.
It has been rightly said that, “… Governments long established should not be changed for light and transient Causes; accordingly all Experience hath shewn, that Mankind are more disposed to suffer, while Evils are sufferable, than to right themselves by abolishing the Forms to which they are accustomed.” This present Evil is no longer tolerable!
In this present instance, it is not the forms that oppress, rather those who occupy the offices. Our petitions to those vested with the power of government for redress are continually rebuked and turned away from the eye, the ear, and the hearts and minds of those clothed with the power of law to bring us remedy through their discovery of what is true, and their sharing that truth with all. And if not turned away, those bodies are enticed or intimidated to turn deaf ears to our rights to be heard when our rights have become the subject of judicial inquiry, or the are encouraged to deceptively advocate that no remedy is needed.
These occupiers of these Branches of Governments have obstructed justice; not even the semblance of substantial justice is permitted; and these occupiers have fostered the Invasions of the Rights of this People.
Though they change not the language of the laws, they obstruct the usage of them through threats and intimidation, fundamentally altering this Contractual Form of Representative Government of which all citizens are contracting parties but with voices not permitted to be heard or simply ignored.
We have not been wanting in attentions to those vested as public servants. We have warned them from Time to Time of Attempts to usurp their jurisdictions granted in law. We have appealed to their native Justice and Magnanimity, and we have conjured them by the Ties of our common Kindred to disavow these Usurpations, which has, inevitably, interrupted our Connections. Still, they remain deaf to the Voice of Justice.
Our former Right to manage our government through the Elective Franchise is now stolen; we are a people with a critical voice denied!
We must, therefore, acquiesce in the Necessity, which demands our removal of these servants, and hold them, as we hold the rest of Mankind, Domestic Enemies in this most uncivil War upon our Constitution; Friends only in Peace and mutual respect.
The time has come, and now is, that We The People, must come together, in every Middlesex, village, and town, and throw off the yoke of these oppressive tyrants who refuse to serve their paramount duty of the protection of the life and property of all persons in this State and Nation. We must Remove all elected from public office, from the Governor to the Dog Catcher, and maintain that vacancy until their successors in office are duly and legally elected. Recall and Indictment are all that remains, as none may have any confidence in the pending election since the thieves and traitors who were there, are still there today.
It is our duty, as Members of the Boards of Directors of our state and federal governments, to take back the reins of power and rededicate ourselves to the formation of a More Perfect Union, reestablish Justice, and insure the domestic Tranquility, securing to ourselves and our posterity the General Welfare and the Blessings of Liberty!
With this, and with a decent Respect to the Opinions of Mankind, do we declare this, our cause.
Good day Honorable Judge Nally,
To the matter you speak of in this article, throwing off the yoke of tyranny, orchestrated by traitors to our Constitutional form of government.
I have taken up this very cause in a civil suit I have pending in a court as I speak this day. I am about to file a Petition for Writ of Mandamus.
Petitioning to make contact with the Grand Jury, in a Civil Nature. Honorable Nally, you just might be interested in reading my Petition.
I am being Obstructed in my civil matter. Obstruction of Justice is an impeachable offense.
I would like your opinion on this matter. I am interested in participating in the next meeting of The Madison Forum.
